Signing Up
Sign-up for an online introduction session with us. In this meeting, you will receive all the vital information and your questions will also be answered as well.
Documents submission
Upon submitting the relevant documents, the documents will be reviewed and verified.
Interview
An interview will be arranged if your documents meet our requirements so that we can understand your needs better.
Finnish Language Studies
To enhance easy integration into Finnish work system, a free Finnish course will be offered. The classes will be flexible to suit those with busy schedules.
Matching you with an Employing organization
The waiting time will depend on your profile and the employing organizations’ staffing requirements. We will keep you updated throughout the recruitment process.
Residence Permit Applications
By this time, you will have the Finnish language course completed and you will have an employer. The Residence Permit will take only weeks.
Relocating to Finland
We will ensure that your move to Finland will be as smooth as possible. We will help you find accommodation and we will also pick you from the airport when you arrive. We will also offer 3 months mentorship and our guide will be there longer when you need us.
